Alleghany Meats employs 8 full and part-time staff from the region. We have two managers: Operations Manager Josh Moyers who oversees slaughter and processing, and Financial Manager Troy Snead, who is responsible for financial reporting and customer service. Lead Meat Cutter Dale McCusker has over 30 years of experience.
Operations Manager Josh Moyers holds a BS in Agriculture from West Virginia University. He has trained in meat processing under renown meat cutter Chris Fuller and has been employed with the Company for over 4 years.
